Know Your Rights 2.0 Workshop
NAC Cohosts—Newcomers Access Center was honored to cohost an advanced, county‑focused event on immigration rights in partnership with the LA County Office of Immigrant Affairs. Know Your Rights 2.0 brought together a broad coalition of nonprofit organizations, community groups, and advocates for a virtual conversation with leadership from LA County’s Department of Children and Family Services, Department of Mental Health, Department of Public Social Services, Department of Health Services, and the Office of Education. Presenters highlighted concrete programs, services, and protections available to support immigrant families across the county. Newcomers Access Center is proud to stand in solidarity with this dedicated network of immigration‑rights leaders working to ensure that all families can access the resources they need to thrive.
